The work of our portal Scientific and Technical Library (research library) - www.ResLib.com is fully consistent with the law. Taken as a basis the rules on the provision of services for copying of the Library of Congress, as the most authoritative organization in the field. In line with this, users have the right to:

• receive copies of short extracts (citations) from lawfully published written works protected by copyright, in a single copy solely for research and educational purposes
• receive copies of works that are not subjects of copyright or validity of the exclusive rights for which had expired.

Our reading room contains temporary copies of works required for the issuance of short excerpts (quotations) to users for research and educational purposes. Copyrighted work can not be read on our website in whole or substantial part of it.

We hope for understanding of authors, and that the citation is made to the extent justified by the purpose.
